Account Services Executive

Responsibilities
Function as the Internal Project Manager, driving client-specific platform creation and idea development Assemble the Project Team from relevant Sales and Marketing groups Involvement in development of Project Roadmap to all involved, including summary of ideas in play, specific direction on platform elements to be included, follow-up responsibilities, deliverables and due dates Serve as point person for collection and refinement of all project components Serve as the point of contact to all of the internal groups responsible for the execution of the deal Manage development of client-ready output (presentation, treatment, one-sheet, etc) with presentation group After a deal goes to hold/order, the ASE is: Point of contact for all materials Responsible for the Creation, Distribution, and Implementation the deal point letter Interact regularly with sales and marketing counterparts: Sales Teams, Sponsorship Management, On-Air Integration, TV/Online/Magazine Marketing, Sport & Product Management, Trade Marketing, Customer Service Representatives

Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years professional experience, preferably in related fields (marketing or advertising) Microsoft Office Skills specifically in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Ability to develop integrated platforms

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to provide strategic and creative direction Agency and/or Media Experience Preferred Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree

Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
