Job Description

Senior Research Analyst

The Senior Research Analyst will primarily be responsible with supporting all Affiliate Sales departments within ESPN in terms of digital measurement. This position will also involve working with other departments such as National Ad Sales, Programming, Communications, and Marketing in all areas of distribution-based Digital Research. They will provide analyses on the Digital audience delivery of our Watch ESPN networks by Affiliate MVPD for both internal and external reporting. The role will also provide ongoing support to aid the digital distribution and Marketing efforts of Affiliate Sales.

Additionally, the Senior Research Analyst will provide guidance and ongoing support for all Hispanic Digital-related properties including ESPN Deportes.com, ESPN Deportes Más, ESPN Deportes Movíl and social media support for ESPN Deportes digital/Hispanic digital.

Responsibilities
Provides analysis on the Watch ESPN networks audience by affiliated MVPD provider.
Track and monitor data from syndicated and proprietary digital research sources.
Independently present research reports and special analyses for internal clients.
Proactively compile and analyze behavioral and attitudinal data to determine trends in ESPN Hispanic digital media usage.
Take initiative to identify client needs and develop custom solutions with our in-house data sources.
Work on a variety of custom projects with guidance and supervision from the Senior Director Distribution and Audience Research.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing, media, or consumer research experience.
Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree.
