Audio Associate Editor (Part Time)

The Digital Audio Associate Editor is responsible the day-to-day maintenance of ESPNRadio.com and its associated digital products (Mobile products, Digital Distribution Partnerships, etc.).

Responsibilities
Updates to the radio show section of ESPNRadio.com, including textual and graphical content. Create site specific and on-air tie in promotions, including development and formatting of graphics, sound, and video of online specific contesting. Flash based sound editing Photo processing, cropping, formatting and loading to sites. Managing and updating website content; Meeting with promotions, sales and programming on a regular basis to determine content for websites. In addition, Digital media editors support the day-to-day operations of ESPN PodCenter and ESPN Audio’s Podcasting business.

Basic Qualifications
Elite knowledge of sports, including current athletes, rules and events Must possess demonstrated communication and organization skills, and ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of production situations High level of familiarity with ESPN Radio programming, platforms and studio show Demonstrated leadership experience in a professional role, organization or activity.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in audio production, preferably including experience with ENCO automation systems and Adobe Audition. Basic knowledge of HTML and experience as a board operator a big plus.

Preferred Education
College Degree or equivalent

Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
