Associate Systems Administrator
**This is a 3rd shift position. The hours are 11:45PM – 8:15AM.**
The Associate Systems Administrator for CTSS Media Support will be an individual contributor with proven breadth and depth of technical expertise, who administers and maintains computer systems and networked resources, and provides end user services and support in both local and remote event environments.

Responsibilities
Focuses on IT service delivery and support Operates within highly defined methods and processes Accountable for high levels of personal operating efficiency on assigned tasks and problems Prepares and maintains detailed design and operational documentation for corporate and production systems Participates in implementing assigned portions of the development cycle, including the requirements analysis of system applications, hardware design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and maintenance Establishes schedules for such activities as hardware deployment, software distribution and patch deployment Maintains, repairs and tracks hardware devices and parts Provides assistance with the implementation, project management and user support of personal computing system projects Provides compatibility testing and installation support of computer and server hardware, peripherals, and other devices Participates in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of personal computing systems Uses ingenuity in applying established analytical techniques to identify and evaluate alternatives Develops recommended approaches for resolving personal computing system problems Determines the need to involve other Technology infrastructure group members or staff as dictated by the severity, complexity and time constraints of the problem Uses IT Service Management tool to record, track and report on problems
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with personal computers, networked systems or another IT related field Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure, under deadline and able to make sounds decisions Ability to deal with conflict and provide adequate workarounds or resolutions Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational skills Customer focused Knowledge of personal computing hardware and software Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (client and server) Knowledge of Terminal Server, Citrix, DHCP, Active Directory and Internet protocols Must possess strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge in support of PC hardware Has basic knowledge of industry trends, technology advances, new products and best practices Works in standard office environment, data centers, equipment rooms, broadcast facilities and remote environments (offices, trailers, production trucks and stadiums) both indoors and outdoors Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays Some travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in broadcast television environment Experience with video/graphic playout systems, hardware devices and systems automation Experience with ENPS Newsroom system and teleprompters
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study
